Wow! I did not know that this site existed. It brought back a flood of memories.I went to Padua for three years and was a junior in 1970 when the Prep was closed. What sadness we all felt at the time. My classmates were scattered to the wind and it is hard to find anyone on line. I'd love to know what happened to most of them. If I remember, many transferred to an affiliated school in WI, but I don't recall the name. Alas, a lot of us did not and ultimately lost contact. I was sorry to see the passing of so many of the faculty and some of the alumni that were there when I attended. I have great (and some not so great) memories but looking back on it, it was a wonderful experience.Great work on the site.

Padua certainly had a profound effect on my life. Whether it has been a positive or negative effect I'm still not certain. In any case I'm glad I found this site. Where are the rest of the '69ers?

Not alumnus of Padua. Feel like a grandfather to you all. Was alumnus of Bonas in '45. was 2 years ahead of Fr. Flavian at Bonas. Also was taught by Fr. Claude of trigonometric/geometric fame. Regret he's gone.

I forgot to mention, my name back then was Fr. Flavian. Since leaving Padua much water and countries passed under my bridge in life. My brother Jerry and I visited Padua several times after I retired. Each visit evoked some nice memories of some very wonderful young men who attended Padua during my tenure there as a teacher.

I confused some people with my last e-mail. Some thought I already entered ''upstairs,'' but I am still kicking, certainly much slower than when I taught at Padua. I would like to hear from some of my former students.
